Family kicks after man was allegedly poisoned at work and taken to mortuary without their knowledge in Lagos

A 37-year-old man, Alaukwu Chukwuemeka Christian, an only child of his aged mother, has reportedly been poisoned and k!lled at his place of work in Ikorodu, Lagos.

According to a family source who spoke with Instablog9ja, “He works at Ratty Supermarket in Ikorodu. On Monday, he went to work and was poisoned to d£ath. They said someone bought food for him and after eating he started vomiting until he di£d.

After he di£d, instead of calling to inform his family, the owner of Ratty took his corp§£ to the mortuary where they r£moved his intestines and embalmed him.

When we went there, the woman asked us how much do we need for the burial, that she will give it to us so we can go and bury him. We are seeking justice, we want the relevant authorities to look into this. He was the only child of his mom and he can’t just go like that.”
