A trending video shows a desolate highbrow estate in the heart of Abuja said to have been wasting away since it was completed over ten years ago.
A TikTok user, MrMoh52 drove through the entire estate showcasing scores of empty houses complete with private macadamized parking lots and garages.
The roads inside the estate are tarred and some high-brow infrastructure such as electricity transformers and intercom facilities can be sighted.
The poster said the tastefully finished buildings have become shabby and unappealing over the years.
He said the residential estate in Kado, Abuja is called Bua Estate.
Some commenters said the asking prices for the buildings were exorbitant, leading to them not being purchased by buyers upon completion.
