We have commenced investigation into Tiwa Savage’s petition against Davido- Lagos police

The Lagos State Police Command has announced that investigation has commenced into into the petition filed by Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage against her colleague, David Adeleke, aka Davido.

Savage had petitioned the Commissioner of Police in the state, Adegoke Fayoade, on Tuesday, January 9, over alleged thr£at to her life and well-being by Davido.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, in a chat with newsmen on Tuesday said: “I can confirm to you that we have received the petition and investigation has commenced.”
