It is not certain the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) arrested the real persons behind the controversial blog, Gistlover as its spokesperson claimed.
This is because the blog has just made a new update refuting police’s claims.
The NPF spokesperson, Muyiwa Adejobi, earlier today paraded three men he claimed were behind the controversial blog, Gistlover.
Amid the hot reactions the announcement generated, Gistlover has made a new post, lambasting the NPF and its spokesperson for ‘clout chasing’.
The blog claimed those arrested are not responsible for the blog.

This has now put a dampener on the excitement some celebrities felt at the announcement by the police.
Some netizens also posted that the same police also claimed to have arrested the person behind the blog about 10 months ago. Yet the blog continued to function unhindered.
