A Nigerian man has taken to social media to recount how a Nigerian tenant in the UK ruined the chances of others renting a house from a landlord that has been very understanding.
In his post, the Nigerian man pointed out that the landlord was renting out his house without making his tenants go through an agent.
This arrangement remains until a Nigerian came along and ruined it by owing so much money and then absconding without paying.
He stated that the landlord has now employed the services of an agent to rent out his apartment.
This will increase the rent price as prospective tenants now have to pay the normal rent as well as agent fees.
