A Nigerian woman, Praise Enyojo Ahmodu, has taken to social media to mourn her fiancé, Abraham Basif Omaye, who died three days to their wedding.
The couple’s engagement ceremony and church wedding were scheduled for yesterday and today, December 22 and 23, 2023, respectively in Kogi State.
Praise shared a photo from Abraham’s funeral on Thursday, December 21.
“My treasure. This mark is too heavy on me. Can I still love? Can I still find true love. This not what we plan, u gave up in my hands. I thought my struggle with u on the sick bed will end with praise an testimony as u always told me. This too much for me. Am speechless,” she wrote.
“God what have i done to deserve this pain. Treasure rest in perfect peace.”
