The video of the governor-elect of Kogi State, Usman Ododo, kneeling before and bowing for the incumbent governor is creating a stir online.
Ododo had gone to the INEC office to pick up his Certificate of Return after he was declared the winner of the state’s November 11 governorship election.
He then went before Yahaya Bello and knelt down while presenting his Certificate of Return to the Governor.
The governor lays a hand on the certificate and then patted Ododo’s back as he knelt before him.
