Heartbreaking video of lady whose family squandered the N30m she sent from Europe to build house for her (Watch)

A Nigerian lady based in Europe has taken to social media to lament the bad treatment she received from her family members in Nigeria.

The woman says she regrets spending 20 years in Europe because all she has worked for has been squandered by her family members.

She says she does not have papers but has been doing menial jobs for 20 years and has been able to save over N30 million naira by denying herself and her family luxury in Europe.

She shows the room where the recording is taking place, saying that that is her entire living space in Europe.

In the room is a bunk bed shared by her daughter and son, while she and possibly the husband sleep on a mattress dropped on the ground.

“Forget the fake life we show on social media. This is real me! This is where I stay with my family. This room is where all of us stay and I have been managing my life.”

According to her, she called her brother in Nigeria and told him she wanted to relocate back to Nigeria as she was tired of the life she was living in Europe.

She said the brother continued to dilly-dally, using many tactics to delay her.

She said she has finally found out that the so-called giant property she thought she would come to meet in Nigeria is just ‘ordinary ground’ in the bush with not even a foundation.

She laments that when she returns to Nigeria, she will have to begin all over again.
