‘There’s a lot of pent-up energy here with me. Pray for my future husband,’ Says Actress Yvonne Orji as she confirms being a virgin at 39

Popular American-Nigerian actress, Yvonne Orji, has disclosed that she is a virgin at 39 and has a lot of pent-up energy for her future husband.

In a recent episode of Chelsea Handler’s Dear Chelsea podcast, Yvonne confirmed she was still saving herself for marriage.

“Are you still a virgin?” Handler asked Orji on the podcast, “I am,” she confirmed. “Oh my God I love this,” Handler replied.

Orji has shared her desire to remain a virgin until marriage in the past, and joked that she’s potentially worried about the man she ends up with because of how long she’s waited.

She noted that future husband will need to brace himself once she releases her inhibitions. “People were like, ‘Oh Yvonne.’ … Pray for him, whoever he is,” said Orji.

“There’s a lot of pent-up energy up in here with me.”
