Singer Seun Kuti has said that Nigeria’s richest man is poor compared to global rich men.
The son of the late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, made the assertion when chastising the Federal Government for ‘forcing Nigerians to pay international price for fuel’ which he argued is a local product.
Kuti who spoke in a video he released, noted that it was wrong for the government to force Nigerians to pay international price for a local product because Nigerians do not earn anything near their counterparts doing the same jobs in the Western world.
He said even our so-called rich men are nothing compared to their mates on the global scene.
“Dangote, at the end of the day is not Elon Musk. If Elon Musk wakes up with Dangote’s money, Elon Musk is going to commit su!c!de” he said.
