There is an outcry in Abia State against the activities of the men of Operation Flush set up by the state governor, following their alleged violations of human rights.

A trending video shows two soldiers of the squad vigorously flogging two women lying down in front of them inside a hair salon in Aba.

After flogging the women, the soldiers allowed them to run outside the shop. One of the soldiers is then seen moving over to a counter to pick up some things that are alleged to be mobile phones before stepping out of the shop.

All the action was captured by the CCTV camera in the shop, which the Naval Officers, apparently, were not aware of.

@PIDOMNIGERIA posted the video with the caption: “Dear Governor Alex Otti @alexottiofr, your attention is urgently needed here because this act is highly condemnable. See Naval @NigerianNavy personnel of the Operation Flush you recently set up in Abia State. They invaded a saloon, beat up female customers and workers with sticks, chased everyone out of the saloon, then stole their phones. This nation has been relegated to the dogs. Governor Alex, these operation flush members go about, violating the rights of Abians, intimidating them, extorting and stealing from them.”
