A commercial tricycle operator has narrowly missed death after worshippers praying on the road attacked him somewhere in Lagos.

The video shows scores of worshippers praying on the main road while motorists, okada riders and others waited for them to be done so they could pass.
A tricycle operator caught up in the situation can be seen complaining loudly about the situation.
In a jiffy, some of the worshippers abandoned their prayer and descended on him, beating him severely.
Some Good Samaritans rescued the man and sheltered him in a nearby house, as more of the worshippers gathered outside the building, demanding for him to be produced.
When they did not have access to him, they went to his tricycle and destroyed it.
