A tanker bearing petrol exploded on the Quadrapont Bridge in the Iganmu area of Lagos State, at about 8:15 pm, on Thursday.
Some people were reportedly burnt to death in the incident and many vehicles were equally affected,
Lagos State Fire Service and the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA) have confirmed the incident but said it was too early to know the number of casualties.
