Activist, DJ Switch has tackled the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG, Pastor E.A Adeboye, for constantly urging Nigerians to pray for Nigeria.

In her post, she stated that the Jesus Pastor Adeboye worships called out corruption in his time,

She wrote: “Pastor Adeboye constantly urging Nigerians to pray for Nigeria…  but rarely calls out the cause of Nigeria’s woes! Rarely calls them out for a failure to serve. The Jesus you worship served and called out corruption point blank! Some of una go say touch not my anointed! Anointing wey no dey anoint. 👏🏾

One of her fans tacked her immediately.

@photoriichy86: “You expect him to curse the country like you?? No negative vibes here Carry your badluck dey where you dey.”

Dj Switch saw the response and reacted with venom:

“I expect him to curse the people that have plunged Nigeria into the deep poverty, corruption, lawlessness, backwardness, thuggery, terrorism and suffering many Nigerians are experiencing but because your brain is the size of a lint, I understand that you can only think in strands. Maybe spend some time, do some light reading to better to enhance your cognitive skills… only then can you begin to grasp the concept that a knife can either be a tool or a weapon! It all depends on who’s handling it. Happy dependence day!”

Her response did not deter others from accusing her of chasing clout. One of them, Charlesword had very harsh words for the controversial youngster. He wrote:

“Wetin Adeboye do you, cast out the lesbian spirit in yourself first. Or hell fire 🔥 is waiting. Fatherless children without home training. How many people your poverty-stricken, unknown papa don call out? Charity begins at home. Anyway, some people are homeless.”

@friduma wrote: “We Jesus tribe don’t curse people… We bless.. and we don’t expect you who only have CRK knowledge of Jesus to understand that it’s our duty to pray for our Nation no matter the circumstances. We’re blessers… Not cursers”

@DJDaley: “Do you actually expect him to urge Nigerians to curse Nigeria, I don’t really understand your viewpoint! Pastor Adeboye is not the root cause of Nigeria’s problems! He’s only a prophet, pastor or General Overseer of a church. We got Imams, Babalawos too in Nigeria, Are you calling them out too? Don’t forget while you chasing clouts you also chasing your conscience? Does your conscience agrees sincerely with what you’re trying to insinuate????”
