‘Is it ritual?’, netizens react to video of ladies frolicking in the rain with nothing on (Video)
A curious video of half a dozen young ladies frolicking like children in heavy rain is currently circulating on social media.
The clip shows young ladies running out of their compound with only wrappers, which they pull off as soon as they enter the rain.
Most of them jumped into what looked like a flood drain right in front of their compound and could be seen scooping the free-flowing water with their hands to bathe while some just stood in the torrential rain rubbing their bodies with their hands as if bathing.
The video has left many netizens scratching their heads trying to figure out what the women can be up to.
One commenter wondered if it was some form of ritual, especially as some Yahoo boys have been known to bathe in public as part of their money-making rituals.
However, the ladies in this clip did not use any soap. Neither did they carry anything into the rain to apply on their bodies.
A commenter dismissed any insinuation of fetishism, pointing out that adults sometimes have the urge to behave like children and run around in the rain, the only barrier being that others may see them.
“It may be a girls hostel and they are just having fun without knowing someone was watching or recording them,” he opined.
