Singer Naira Marley has suddenly woken up to issue a reaction to the death of his former signee, Mohbad.
He had initially only responded to Mohbad’s death by posting a broken heart emoji.
But following a rising movement online against him on account of alleged injustice his record label meted out to the late singer, including a petition pushing for the banning of Marlian music, Marley has seen the need to show more concern for the plight of the late singer and his family.
In posts shared on his Instastories, Naira Marley said he was devastated by the news of Mohbad.
He suggested that his lack of response before now was because he did not know what to type.
In the posts, he asked a number of questions, such as where Mohbad was at the time he passed away and who were the people with him as well.
He also questioned the story of Mohbad suffering an ear infection. He further asked about the identity of the nurse who treated Mohbad at the time and also wondered why an autopsy wasn’t carried out on the singer before he was laid to rest.
