My son was beaten in Naira Marley’s house, but we can’t say he killed him- Mohbad’s father (Video)

Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, has confirmed that his son was severely beaten in singer Naira Marley’s house last year.

Nonetheless, he said it would not be proper to say that Naira Marley killed his son.

In an interview with AN 24TV, Joseph Aloba said he believed that Mohbad was given to him and taken away from him by God.

He said the singer was the light of his family and a terrible blow had been dealt to the family by his untimely death.

Recalling the incident of Tuesday, he said he was called that his son was ill and hospitalized but that when he got to Victoria Island, they called him back to say that the matter had been resolved and that he should return home.

He said he took that as a hint that something terrible had happened and he continued onto Mohbad’s house where he met him dead.

He said he was told that he was feeling unwell and a nurse was invited to administer an injection on him.

Joseph Aloba said that he believed that was wrong because Mohbad’s status was not such that a nurse whose qualifications they were not sure of would be brought in to attend to him.
