Information has emerged that the late singer, Promise Aloba, better known as Mohbad, actually filed a petition against musician Sam Larry and others who assaulted him at a video shoot during his lifetime.
Many of his fans had been wondering why the late musician never involved the police in the numerous cases of harassment and intimidation by Sam Larry and other associates of his former label boss, Naira Marley.
A Twitter user, Ayo Jaguda uploaded an acknowledged copy of the petition the musician filed with the police.
However, there appears to be nothing concrete done by the police to bring the culprits to book.
