“I slept with my married boss to advance my career” – Ghanaian singer, Mzbel confesses

Ghanaian singer, Mzbel, has openly confessed that she slept with her married boss in her early days as an artist to advance her career.

In a recent talk show appearance, the video of which is now trending, the singer shared details about her romantic involvement with her married boss.

Mzbel admitted the romance contributed to the fast growth she had in the industry.

She recalled that the first move was made by the married boss, and she accepted because she had also developed feelings for him.

The artist went on to explain that her romantic relationship with her boss had an unexpected positive consequence for her career.

Recognizing her talents for singing and dancing, her boss introduced her to key players in the industry who helped nurture her artistic abilities.

Mzbel said this was responsible for her rise to stardom, asserting that without the office romance, she might not have blossomed into the beloved artist she is today.

To a suggestion of whether she was happy that the relationship could have broken the heart of her boss’ wife, Mzbel said she did not care about that.

She said she simply did what she needed to do in order to survive.
