A video has shown the moment a policeman repeatedly slapped a young man who was travelling in a commercial space bus.
The exact location is not known beyond the fact that it happened in Owerri, Imo State.
The video stealthily recorded by another passenger seated in the vehicle shows the policeman delivering a blinding slap across the face of the victim.
Then the young man cautions him and tells him he will be in trouble if he makes a call. This infuriates the cop who delivers a string of more slaps as he dares the victim to make the call.
