“School girls are using big ‘backsides’ to snatch our husbands” – Married women demonstrate (Video)

A trending video has shown the moment a group of middle-aged women stormed a university hostel in Nigeria to protest the activities of some female students.

The women claimed the female students are not focusing on their studies but using their heavy ‘nyansh’ (backsides) to lure their husbands out of their homes.

They carried posters that displayed ‘Say no to indecent dressing’ and wielded tree branches and a gong which they clang loudly to draw attention.

The women lamented that the activities of the university girls were a negative influence on the younger ones, many of who now believe they only need to attract the attention of men to do well in life instead of focusing on their books.

The location of the incident was not clear from the video, but it appeared to have happened in the southeast.

One of the protesters said, “We chose to protest against female students in communities and hostels who use their huge “nyash” and obscene attire to collect our husbands from us.”
