A Ghanaian man has taken to Twitter to narrate how his bride failed to show up on what was supposed to be their traditional wedding day.
According to the Twitter user with the handle, @Natioon, the marriage was arranged by their parents, but they did not love each other.
He said the lady made it clear from the first day that she did not like him but that they somehow agreed to go ahead with the plan to please their parents.
Apparently, the lady had a change of heart and resisted her parents on D-Day.
He said he waited in vain for hours until it dawned on him that it would not happen.
The disappointed groom who has since relocated abroad, said the incident happened exactly three years ago and he had healed enough now to be able to talk about it.
When netizens queried him on whether he was pranking them, he claimed it happened to him truly.
