Mixed reactions as Nigerian university don threatens to chase ‘braless’ female students out of his class

A lecturer with the Alex Ekwueme University, Ndufu-Alike, Ikwo (AE-FUNAI) Ebonyi State, George Umeh, has threatened to chase out any female student that comes to his class without wearing a bra.

“Braless my foot. Try that nonsense and come to my class and see if I won’t chase you out. Nonsense,” he wrote in a Facebook post on Saturday, July 29.

Reactions to his post are mixed. Some supported him while others warned him that he was overstepping his boundary.

He refused to back down, insisting that he had a duty to correct indecent dressing as a lecturer.
