Davido reacts following heavy backlash over controversial music video

Afrobeat singer, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has broken his silence over the heavy backlash that followed a music video deemed insensitive and disrespectful to Muslims.

It would be recalled that the singer had shared a music video of his signee, Logos Olori entitled ‘Jaye lo’.

The video had depicted Logos Olori on a building singing and making prayer gestures while other Muslims were below religiously carrying out their Salah.

This did not sit well with some netizens and they took to social media to call out the singer and berate him for it.

Reacting now in a series of posts, the DMW boss tweeted:

“I wan make u show me, make we no dey fight”.

In another Twitter post, he said:

“Una know say ‘Feel’ never start Abi? IN FACT ‘Unavailable’ never start!

No choice logos!! Them go feel am!! MEN MOUNT”.
