Nigerian bizman promotes security man on his first day of work for dressing smart

The lucky security man

A trending video has shown the moment a businessman promoted a security man in his office to supervisor with immediate effect.

The business owner was going home when he saw the smartly dressed young man and asked him some questions, such as when he became a security guard.

The guard who was standing with another security man, said he had just started. To a question about what he was doing before taking up a security job, he said he worked in a pharmaceutical company,

The business owner said the security guard was ‘too cute’ to be a security guard, and announced that he would like to train and make him his supervisor, earning more than other supervisors.

He told the security guard that he would call his employer who sent him to the premises to look for a replacement.

He noted that the man carried a special grace that made him stand out from the rest, which was why he noticed him the moment he stepped out. To that, the security man said his mother is a pastor who had always been praying for him.

The business owner asked him to tell his mother that her prayer had been answered.

The video has attracted lots of comments online, with many praying for the businessman for lifting the young man. Others pointed out the virtue of always dressing well.

Some comments on the clip:

Spyseefugee: “God is wonderful”

Iamkpakpando: “2 things are involved

1.Grace

2.Gaybriel 😂😂😂”

Winchesterfrank: “His intentions might be undeniably pure, but in some case, emotional intelligence is needed. In my opinion, he should have considered how the other guy would feel.. does it mean the other guy is not fine too , does it mean he is predestined to be a security personnel while the other isn’t..it’s not all about being rich, be smart and intelligent. The whole action was discriminating. He could have promoted and Praised the new guy without his words and actions being dehumanizing and discriminating.”
