Netizens have harsh words for the organisers of the recently held Miss Netherlands, after a transgender, Rikkie Valerie Kolle, was crowned winner.
Many of them believe there were more beautiful and more curvy contestants deserving of the crown than Rikkie and they have been expressing themselves on Twitter.
A tweep with the handle, @WallStreetSilv posted a picture of the top ten contestants with the following caption:
“Here were the 10 finalists for Miss Netherlands 2023.
The guy on the far left of the picture won.”
Another tweep with the handle @Bratt_world wrote: “They picked the least curvy, least feminine woman? Those are literally the only things that matter (in these competitions)”
@GreenEntreprise wrote: “It’s WEF soap. Twisted narratives entertainment on steroids. Netherland – you have a cracked nation.”
@DonMiami3: “These competitions are no longer about choosing good looking women. Ignore.”
