Man ‘thanks’ Lagos State governor after traffic robbers smashed his car window on Otedola Bridge this morning (Video)

A Nigerian man took to his Twitter handle to ‘’thank” Lagos state governor after he was almost robbed on Otedola bridge by traffic robbers on Thursday morning, April 20.

The Twitter user shared a photo and video of his car, with the driver’s side window broken. He said the traffic robbers used a cutlass to destroy the window in their attempt to rob him.

“Almost got robbed this morning just before Otedola bridge. Thank God for Grace, street OT and my tinted nylon. Thank you

@jidesanwoolu i took your advise I rolled up my glass but dem for don use cutlass tear my head this morning. Y’all be safe out there”

He also shared his encounter with the police after the incident happened.

‘’Shout out to Nigerian police @PoliceNG too. There was literally a check point like a minute walk away from the scene and all they told me was “eya sorry, dem carry bike abi”
