The Deputy Governorship candidate of the the Labour Party, Princess Abiodun Oyefusi, has alleged that she was barred from visiting the victims of the train and bus collision at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.
The team told news men at the hospital that they came to show sympathy and made some donations, but were not allowed to go in.
The spokesperson of the team said they went through necessary protocols, filling provided forms and seeking audience with prescribed authorities.
He claimed he wrote the name of the LP candidate, Princess Abiodun Oyefusi, on the form.
He said they were initially assured they would be allowed in, but that this changed after the person who took the form to his boss inside one of the building returned to say that instructions had been given by the state government not to allow anyone access to the victims.
