A trending video has shown the moment some youths in Bida, Niger State trooped out to celebrate the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu after INEC declared him the winner of the Saturday, February 25 presidential election.
The youths can be seen dancing to music blaring from a public address system.
