A suspected political thug has been captured on camera threatening any Igbo who attempts to cast his vote at the particular polling unit where he was.
A police man in uniform can be seen in the clip appealing to the man to calm down.
Someone who claimed to know the man identified him as Smart, and added that he worked with the chairman of Lagos Parks Management Committee, MC Oluomo.
This however cannot be confirmed at the time of filing this.
Many netizens are now tagging the police and calling for the arrest of the man.
