A Ghanaian lady has courted the ire of netizens when she chose the occasion of the global mourning of the late professional footballer, Christian Atsu, to criticize his preference for a white lady to marry.
The Ghanaian lady, Angela Edrah, took to Facebook to mock the late Ghanaian player for marrying a white woman instead of a Ghanaian.
The insensitive lady was responding to a picture of the lifeless body of the late footballer when rescue workers finally found him in the rubble of what used to be his apartment.
While others were expressing their sense of grief, Edrah wrote:
“You got money, you go marry white. Ebi their country wey they kill you. Not all glitters are gold. Rip.”
The comment attracted instant insults and curses from grieving netizens.
