Sex scandal rocks First Atlantic Bank, side chick sues CFO for failed promises (Photos, Video)

Deborah Seyram Adablah

A side chick has thrown caution to the wind and formally filed a suit against a married senior staff of one of Ghana’s commercial banks for failed promises, persistent sexual harassment and abuse of office.

She joined the bank as a co-defendant.

The lady, named Deborah Seyram Adablah is accusing Ernest Kwasi Nimako, First Atlantic Bank’s Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in Accra, Ghana of persistently harassing her until she gave in to his advances only for him to fail to hold his end of the bargain.

According to her writ of summons, she is accusing Nimako of failing to give her the sums of money that he promised her at the start of their relationship, among a string of other promises.

The lady admitted that she entered into a private and intimate relationship with the manager after he had persistently harassed her and made life difficult for her as a junior staff of the bank.

She submitted that the structure at First Atlantic Bank allowed senior male workers to sexually harass their junior female co-workers into submission.

She further submitted that any female staff who proved stubborn would be frustrated and her life would be made miserable at work.

She further submitted that virtually every senior manager at the bank had a girlfriend whom he could change at the slightest notice.

The plaintiff also alleged that the senior staff pimped female workers to wealthy men to lure them to make deposits in the bank and such rich men ended up sleeping with such female staff.

Adablah claimed she was a victim of this unfair workplace practice, which forced her to reach out to male customers to bait them with sex in exchange for opening accounts with the bank.

Among the promises she is holding against her former boss are:

That he would give her a lump sum to start a business

That he would pay for her accommodation for three years

That he would buy her a car

That he would buy her a ring

That he would marry her after divorcing his wife

The man at the centre of the scandal is married to Belinda Afriyi Nimako, a medical doctor.

Kwasi Nimako is a chartered accountant with experience in the banking and telecommunication industry.

Prior to joining First Atlantic in 2016, he worked with OMNI Bank, Fidelity Bank, GS Telecoms, and Barclays Bank, among others.

He attended the University of Cape Coast in 1996 and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Nimoko has not officially responded but may have activated some online influencers to assist him to prosecute the battle.

Some digging has been done into the background of the plaintiff and some of their findings are already being filed online.

Some of the lady’s pictures and videos where she was scantily clad while dancing seductively are hitting the internet.
