Youth corpers show unbelievably shabby apartment they were offered at place of primary assignment (Video)

A National Youth Service Corps member (corper) has shared a video of a cringe-worthy apartment he and his colleagues were offered at their place of primary assignment.

The apartment’s walls are not plastered and the floor of the passage inside the apartment is not cemented. The toilet looks hideous and there is no ceiling.

The voice behind the camera can be heard saying that he would rather go back for another posting than stay in the apartment.
