A trending video has shown the moment several sacks of damaged naira notes were reportedly discovered in Wadata Police Barracks, Benue State.
The clip shows heaps of white sacks, all allegedly containing damaged notes, suspected to have been stored for years.
One of the sacks was open by some young men who brought out horrible-looking bundles of naira notes.
A voice in the video can be heard saying, “Live oh, Wadata, EFCC discover money. See money. See where dem hide am. Money don spoil, make una see am. See money. Police Barracks, Wadata. Politicians, una no go kill us.”
