A video clip has shown the moment a mother and a baby strapped to her back were saved by bystanders after they fell into a deep drain during a downpour.
It appears the incident happened in Ghana, judging from the language being spoken.
The clip shows the woman struggling to hang on to the edge of the drain as vehicles wade through the flooded street.
Commercial motorcyclists and other bystanders rush to the woman’s aid as she clings to the edge of the drain to avoid being submerged.
At some point, her hand slip and the crowd scream, as water cover the head of her baby, but more people join the effort to pull out the lady and her baby, saving them from drowning.
