A Nigerian man has been accused of leaking a sex tαpe of himself and Zanele Sifuba, the Speaker of the ANC Free State legislature in South Africa.
It is all over the social media in SA that the Nigerian man who was believed to be in an amorous relationship with the high profile politician released the sex tape after Zifuba reportedly refused to pay R300 000 in hush money.
The raunchy video was released on Tuesday (8 November 2022), after screenshots from the clip were released last month.
The tape shows a lady, believed to be Sifuba completely naked and with herself for the amusement of her ‘Ben10’, SouthAfrican euphemism for ‘toy boy’ or a much younger lover.
The young Nigerian male allegedly tried to blackmail the politician, but she called his bluff.
The lover first released samples from the tape and followed up with a full leak when the lady failed to budge.
Blogger Musawenkosi Khawula shared the video on Twitter, with the caption: “Video of Zanele Sifuba with a Nigerian man doing ‘tlof tlof’ released .”
Another popular blogger, Man’s Not Barry Roux, commented on the video: “Do not watch the ANC Free State Legislature Speaker Zaŋele Sifuba video, resist the temptation to watch it, there is nothing to see, I can’t sleep. I am having nightmares because of Zanele Sifʋba video. It had grey hairs”.
The Free State Legislature has now ordered an investigation into the Speaker’s scandal.
It said in a statement: “The legislature will establish investigations into this gender-based violence. This is harassment and whoever spread the video must face the law. This is an insult to elderly women.”
In the same vein, the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Provincial Secretary, Malefane Bosanku Msimanga has condemned the ‘insensitive’ circulation of images and video of what appears to be those of the Speaker of Free State legislature.
Zaŋele Sifuba has topped the trends list in South Africa since the scandal broke out.
