The downpour of today submerged the Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos, making life difficult for commuters.
The road was bereft of commercial vehicles in vital locations, as the water was up to knee level in some areas.
Adjoining areas, such as the Computer Village were also affected.
