Popular businessman, Ikechukwu Ogbonna aka IVD, has now spoken up about his ordeal with his late wife, Bimbo.
In an Instagram post released by him on Saturday, October 15, IVD revealed he will be hurt if his wife receives praises from guests at her funeral. He also shared never-before-released videos showing what likely transpired between him and his deceased wife on Wednesday, October 12.
In the videos shared by Instablog, IVD revealed they had an argument the previous day and he returned from work to meet his house scattered.
He shows part of the houses that are damaged and burnt allegedly by his wife. A voice believed to be Bimbo’s can be heard in the background hurling expletives at IVD.
She is heard shouting, “You’re a small man. You carry ashawo (prostitute) come house. Ritualist. HIV-positive.
IVD revealed that his wife had been damaging their house items for the past two weeks over an undisclosed issue.
The last part of the video shows IVD displaying an injury on the side of his face, claiming that the wife inflicted it.
He can be heard saying he has had enough and does not care what her family say or do, but will no longer take it.
There is another video taken from a height overlooking the swimming pool of the couple. A woman can be heard saying “This woman is crazy o. She has burnt herself.”
“It will end today. I’m ready for anybody, her family,” he declares.
The clip further showed the moment she was carried on a stretcher out of the house into a hospital. It also shows the husband sitting down in what appears to be a hospital. It is not clear if it is the same hospital.
