A trending video shows the embarrassing moment a female weight lifter peed on herself while doing a deadlift.
The professional weightlifter, who was being cheered by her coach, squatted, got a good grip on the bar, lifted the weight off the ground and was standing erect with the weight when a stream of urine flowed down.
Experts however said it is not uncommon in weight lifting, as the sport exerts severe pressure on all muscles of the body including those in the abdomen, which could lead to incidents like this, especially if the sportsperson has a full bladder at the time of the event.
