A Nigerian man, identified as Tobi Dickson, has reportedly gone mad in Istanbul, Turkey.
The circumstances leading to the mental illness are not known at this time.
A viral clip shows the moment Dickson went on a rampage on a busy Istanbul street.
He can be seen running around half-clothed. At some point, he runs towards a car facing him and climbed on top of it before jumping down.
He can also be seen running towards pedestrians, embracing them by force.
Some black persons believed to be Nigerians can be seen running after him.
