Some thugs have stormed the St. Bridget Catholic Church ljesha, Surulere Lagos, and made away with the machines INEC officials were using for PVC registration.
The Parish Priest of the church as at the time of filling this report, has locked up the church, when people scampered for safety.
A video clip uploaded by a witness who identified herself as Princess Okojie Idemudia, shows mammoth crowd hanging around the church, while a police van is parked near the entrance of the church.
Princess Idemudia said the police were just arriving at the time of filming, when the hoodlums had disappeared with the machines..
She claimed the thugs who snatched the machines claimed that the people of the area would not be allowed to register because they were likely to vote for Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.
