60-person fight breaks out on cruise ship after married woman engages in threesome with fellow passengers (Video)
Carnival Magic Cruise ship was embroiled in a massive fracas on Wednesday after a married woman sneaked out of the cabin with her husband to engage in a threesome with a couple in their room.
Trouble erupted when the husband of the woman discovered what happened and confronted the couple who invited his wife for the amorous liaison.
The fight quickly escalated, as friends of the parties picked sides, and it snowballed into a massive 60-person fracas that the cruise security struggled to contain.
The ship that was just off New York Harbour was escorted to dock by the Coast Guards summoned by the cruise’s management.
A video clip of the fracas showed a chaotic scene of dozens of adults throwing punches at each other and jumping on each other. Some had their clothes torn in the melee, like the woman arrowed in the first picture above. Her pants were ripped at a side.
The incident occurred on the final night of the ship’s eight-day Caribbean cruise with stops in Dominicana, Turks and Caicos, and the Bahamas.
An eye-witness, Theresa James, said the fight started just before 2 am and lasted for an entire hour in an area where the ship’s nightclub and casino were located.
Bottles were smashed and a woman was cut in the melee, although no serious injuries were reported.
The fight ended up moving around the ship from the fifth floor down towards the first floor, with the ship’s security guards having a hard time curtailing it, as they were clearly outnumbered.
One witness, tweeting under the handle @nyeem0, said he was ‘at the bar listening to my own music sipping a Shirley Temple, then the brawl broke out of nowhere!’
He added that some of the passengers were ‘injured and cut up from glass’ and that ‘most if not all’ of the ship’s security guards descended on the club to restore order.
