Three little boys who were barred from entering a popular nightclub in Lekki, Lagos have uploaded a video of themselves tongue-lashing the club and its bouncers.
The boys who were visibly dissatisfied noted that they had been at another club at the same Lekki and they did not encounter the same problem. They boasted that the money paid the bouncers was what they would typically use to eat noodles.
Speaking in Yoruba, one of the boys said: “Quilox lawa o. Won jeka wole o. Won la young (We are at Quilox. They did not allow us to enter. They said we are (too) young. Won o mope owo osu won la fi nje Indomie. (They (the bouncers) don’t know their salary is what we use for Indomie.
Another one quipped: “I don’t even want this place to exist anymore. Another place in this Lekki, allowed us in and it’s more beautiful than this place.”
