Presidential aide, Garba Shehu, has said there is no cause for alarm regarding the health status of the former Nigerian leader, Abdulsalami Abubakar.
There have been reports of the former Military leader suffering a partial stroke and being rushed to the hospital in London.
In a post shared on his Facebook page, Garba said there’s no cause for alarm. He stated that the former Nigerian leader was in the hospital but now out.
He wrote:
”Alhamdu Lillahi for Allah’s mercy.
I just ended a visit to His Excellency Abdulsalami Abubakar, former Head of State. He is out of hospital in a London apartment and apparently in no serious condition. He was his jovial self, maintaining a keen interest in developments back at home in Nigeria. Please, no cause for alarm.”
