Two young men were seen walking naked in broad daylight in Nnewi, Anambra state on Sunday, June 19.
They were walking casually and spoke to no one or each other. Passersby opined they might be victims of substance abuse, while some suggested they might be Yahoo boys carrying out a ritual, especially as they kept mute.
It would be recalled that a couple of days ago, a couple was seen walking naked on a street in Victoria Garden City, Lagos State. The chairman of the street’s landlord association later provided an update that the two were victims of substance abuse.
