A househelp has been sacked after being caught trying to suffocate her younger colleague.
The maid who tried to suffocate her colleague.A CCTV clip of the incident showed the lady coming along a passage while the smaller maid was going towards her. The younger girl can be seen moving to a side for the older woman to pass, but rather than pass, the older woman seized her and flung her on the ground before proceeding to press her down.
The two struggled for some minutes but the bigger woman was clearly more powerful. Two other women arrived on the scene just as the younger girl was getting wearied and intervened.
It was gathered that the incident occurred four days after the older maid was employed in Abuja.
