Ghanaian lady publicly flogged for advertising herself on social media for hook-up services (Video)
A young man and woman have been publicly flogged by members of their community for allegedly promoting promiscuity in the area.
Some local news platforms in Ghana reported that the lady who was paraded alongside the man at the forecourt of the Wa Naa’s Palace on Tuesday, May 31, was publicly flogged by a group of youths for advertising herself to men looking for a sex partner.
The lady had shot a video clip wherein she advertised her services to any man willing to have fun with her. The man seen in the video with her was also paraded and flogged.
It was gathered that the Elders of Wa community, where Islam is prevalent, gave instruction that the youth should apprehend anyone promoting promiscuity through social media and flog them publicly.
