The singer appeared like one under strange influence as he sought to entertain his fans.
The fans at the show seemed to be enjoying themselves, however, as many of them surrounded and hailed him.
When the video hit Twitter, many of the viewers did not find it amusing. Some expressed opinions to the effect that Portable might need some psychological evaluation.
