Some police officers who removed their name tags were unlucky to run into the Acting Force Public Relations Officer, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi, who sanctioned them accordingly.
Adejobi who disclosed this on Twitter, said the police officers were nabbed during a routine check. He stated that they intentionally removed their name tags to stall identification.
The police spokesperson tweeted:
“Police officers sanctioned for removing their name tags
“Some policemen entered my net today when I met them on the, doing their routine checks. But the problem (erupted) when I noticed they were neatly dressed without name tags. They intentionally removed their name tags to stall identification. Of course, guess my judgement.”
