Unknown gunmen have set ablaze Aguata Local Government secretariat in Anambra State.
Aguata is where Governor Charles Soludo hails from.
The gunmen, who rode on motorbikes, used a truck to block the road, after which they entered the secretariat, and set it ablaze. The gunmen also destroyed shops situated in the secretariat.
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, is yet to confirm if there were any casualties.
